Fancy hosting a Tapas party? M&S got ya covered. There is a massive selection of nibble type food with intense Spanish flavours. The best part is you can literally go there and grab a handful of things and put on a spread. It’s really simple to do and will certainly impress guests.
Food I chose:
-Olive Oil Potatoes and Garlic- You can do this without leaving the house, peel some potatoes, slice them in half, smother in olive oil. garlic, season and put in a dish in the oven.
-Mini-Posh Dogs. I love the M&S posh dogs, super smoky flavour and really meaty.
-Cheese & Chorizo Croquettes. My favourite by far, so delicious and melty warm.
-Mozzarella in pesto. So yummy, fantastic addition to any picnic, meal or spread.
-White beans. Mixed these with garlic, tomato and chorizo and you have yourself a typically Spanish casserole kind of dish. Amazing flavour.
-Calamari rings. These were OK, weren’t very special but nevertheless a nice addition.
-Picos! Nice little crispy bread bits, almost like breadsticks.
-Olives. You need these for tapas. Just a need.
-Quiche, tarts with chickpeas, tomato, feta. Some are gluten-free too which is perfect for anyone with gluten allergies.
-Manchego, absolute need.
These are just examples of what you could bring to your get together and will certainly keep guests entertained. Easy to put together but delicious.
